The Cottage
The cottage has three bedrooms, a living room, kitchenette/bar area, and full washer and dryer set. The bedrooms in the cottage include one queen bed in the first floor bedroom with a detached full bath. The second floor bedrooms include one queen bed with an attached full bath and one king bed with an extra twin bed and a detached full bath. There is additional sleeping accommodations in the cottage living room in the form of a pull-out sleeper sofa. The main house can be rented without the cottage, but the cottage cannot be rented without the front house since the kitchenette does not have adequate cooking facilities.
