Cleaning Fee
$500 flat fee for Main House and Cottage (includes linens)
​Daily cleaning/straightening available upon request
Refundable Damage Deposit
$1,000 (due at signing)
Taxes are not included in these fees but will be charged at the time of billing. Lodging tax is 7.3% (2% city lodging tax plus 5.3% state sales tax), events sales tax is 5.3% and catered food tax is 9.3% (4% food tax and 5.3% sales tax).
