IMPORTANT:  PLEASE NOTE
When one rents Spotswood Lodge for a weekend event, it is required to also rent it for lodging.

The prices above do not include 5.3% Virginia Sales Tax. 

Grelen has the first right of refusal for catering at Spotswood Lodge events and weddings.  

To get married at Spotswood Lodge it is required that you have  a "day-of" wedding planner (from Grelen's preferred list), a full service caterer (from Grelen's preferred list), a restroom trailer (for 50+) and a tent on hold for the reception in case of rain.

Sunday events must end at 10pm; Friday & Saturday events must end at 11pm.

Although rare, these prices are subject to change without notice.  The up-to-date pricing will be provided with the contract.

Holidays include Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Independence Day & New Year's Eve/Day.

If you are hosting a wedding at The Market at Grelen, Spotswood Lodge or Boxwood Villa, complete your weekend by hosting your rehearsal dinner at Spotswood Lodge. Additional special events for up to 50 people only cost an extra $500 venue fee.*  Hire Grelen Catering or use a caterer off of our preferred catering list which can be provided upon request.

GRELEN CATERING

​*Any events beyond lodging must be approved by Grelen management in writing.   If you want to host more than 50+ guests, please ask for a quote.  The larger size events have a higher venue fee and require a restroom trailer and rain plan tent.
